Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative co-worker to join our growing company. Someone who is looking to get their hands dirty in multiple areas of the business and help us build something extraordinary.

Your focus will be assisting the development team with Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud administrative duties for multiple customer implementations.

We are less than a year old yet growing very quickly - undertaking multiple customer implementations and developing two apps (iOS mobile and Salesforce AppExchange) with more exciting opportunities in the pipeline. Responsibilities
  • Be creative, fearless, have an insatiable desire to learn, and willingness to get your hands dirty as we continue scaling the business.
  • Assist with architecture and development on Service/Sales Cloud implementations and support.
  • Collaborate with mid-level and senior engineers on solution design, architecture, and development.
  • Understand clients goals, key performance indicators, priorities, and limitations in order to drive road-map creation and implementation in tandem with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Salesforce specific advisory and subject matter expertise.
  • Data management and optimization, change set creation and deployment.
  • Reporting, data mapping and custom data extracts.
  • Develop and deploy custom business logic and custom interfaces using the programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform.
  • Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lighting Web Components, Integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Lightning Design System framework.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Salesforce Flows.
  • Expert in preparing demos for proof of concepts.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Manage customer UAT and document required modifications.
  • Perform unit testing, both automated and manual, of business logic and behavior to confirm proper implementation of requirements and quality execution.
  • Communicate technical dependencies, blocks and risks to project stakeholders and management.
  • Continued learning and development on the Salesforce platform and receive Salesforce Consulting/Developer certifications.
  • Timely completion of Salesforce Admin duties per assigned tasks. 
Requirements and/or Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree required.
