Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative co-worker to join our growing company. Someone who is looking to get their hands dirty in multiple areas of the business and help us build something extraordinary.

Your focus will be assisting the development team with customer consultation and product owner duties for multiple customer implementations.

We are less than a year old yet growing very quickly - undertaking multiple customer implementations and developing two apps (iOS mobile and Salesforce AppExchange) with more exciting opportunities in the pipeline. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and the development team to define the vision and strategy for the product.
  • Collaborate with System Architect, Lead Consultant, & Project Manager to understand customer’s needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Effectively distill high level initiatives into prioritized product increments, balancing the trade-offs between quality, scope, and time.
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process and communicate issues to the development team.
  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
  • Define, track, and interpret key metrics and drive activities that support the continued growth and health of the product. 
  • Run product demo meetings with customers, answer customer questions and log feedback.
  • Balance multiple customer implementations.
  • Communicate comfortably and effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements and/or Qualifications
  • Hardworking, independent, insatiable appetite to learn and contribute.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and ERP solutions.
  • Adept technical writing skills.
  • Experience with Scrum framework preferred. 
  • Excellent multitasking skills.

  • Proficient time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree required.
